Interstate Agreements Involving the Manufacture and Location of Modular Structures
The State of Idaho has entered into a number of agreements and understandings with neighboring states that may affect the plan review and/or inspection of modular structures that are either manufactured in Idaho for shipment elsewhere or that are manufactured elsewhere for shipment to final destinations in Idaho.
The list of states with which Idaho has entered into agreement includes Oregon, Washington, Montana, Colorado and Nevada.
