Public Works Contractors
Effective July 1, 2008, there will be a new "Unlimited" class of license and an increase in bid limits amounts.

First time Applicant AND Expired Licenses over 1 year.
The following Items need to be submitted with
original application:
*Note: An Excel form gives the ability to enter your information on the computer before you print and mail; whereas forms in PDF format are "print only" then complete and mail. Some forms are only available in PDF.
If you hold a current AAA license and have an expiration date that falls between Jan - May 2009 and would like to upgrade to the Unlimited license click one of the upgrade application choices here: PDF or Excel and pay your additional $100.
If you have a current AAA license and have a renewal/expiration date that falls between June - Dec 2008 and would like to upgrade to the Unlimited license, please use the Contractor Application Form located below. The cost of your renewal is $550.

Bidders Registration Form - Federal Regulations as stated in 49 CFR 26.11(c) require the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) to create and maintain a comprehensive bidders list, consisting of all firms bidding on prime contracts and quoting/bidding subcontracts on Federally funded transportation projects.
