Attention Contractors and Property Owners:

The city of Twin Falls has notified the Division of Building Safety, Plumbing Bureau that it is their desire to perform their own plumbing inspections. Therefore effective November 15, 2006 all new plumbing installations within the city limits of Twin Falls will require a Twin Falls plumbing permit and subsequent inspection by the city of Twin Falls. Please Note: All plumbing work that the state has inspected prior to November 15, 2006 will continue to be inspected by the state until a final inspection has been completed. Thank you for your assistance and cooperation.

The city of Eagle has notified the Division of Building Safety, Plumbing Bureau that it is their desire to perform their own plumbing inspections. Therefore effective November 13, 2006 all new plumbing installations within the city limits of Eagle will require a Eagle plumbing permit and subsequent inspection by the city of Eagle. Please Note: All plumbing work that the state has inspected prior to November 13, 2006 will continue to be inspected by the state until a final inspection has been completed.
