Building Permit Fees
Effective July 1, 2005, the Building Bureau fees for plan review and permits will be equivalent to the fees schedule published in the 1997 Uniform Building Code. The fee is based on the value of the construction. This value includes all the materials and labor as well as design and administration. The plan review fee is 65% of what would be the permit fee. For school projects and State buildings only the plan review fee is charged.

$993.75 for the first $100,000 plus $5.60 for each additional $1,000, or fraction thereof |

$3,233.75 for the first $500,000 plus $4.75 for each additional $1,000, or fraction thereof |

$5608.75 for the first $1,000,000 plus $3.65 for each additional $1,000, or fraction thereof |
