DBS Legislation before House Committee on 2/15/2012
Tomorrow, February 15, the House Business Committee is scheduled to consider a trio of bills relating to areas where the Division of Building Safety has responsibility. Matters before the committee are HO466 (Idaho State Plumbing Code), HO467 (HVAC – Wood Burning Appliances) and HO468 (Installation requirements – permits & inspection – for manufactured homes.
The committee meets in Room EW41 on the Garden Level of the Capitol. The hearing is scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. Public comment will be accepted. If you wish to comment on any of these matters, please arrive in time to sign in and bring a printed copy of your testimony for the committee secretary.
