Q: I’ve always done business with DBS by mail or by visiting the office. Can I still do that?
A: Yes. With few exceptions, business done by mail and “over the counter” will continue as before.
Q: What are the most significant changes I can expect as one who deals directly with DBS by phone or in person?

Q: How do I login?
A: For state licensees to Login to the online CAS system enter your EXACT license number with dashes.
Examples: ELE-C-42 or PLB-C-11300 or HVC-C-658
Q: What is my PIN number?
A: Your PIN is the last four (4) digits of the Social Security Number (SSN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN) that we have on file for you.
Q: Can I use my permits numbers that were previously issued to me?
A: No. Unused permit numbers previously issued to contractors will no longer be valid and should be discarded or destroyed.
