Requesting Inspections by Phone Using the Automated System

The number to call to request an inspection or to check the status of a previously-requested inspection is the same local number you are accustomed to using or 1-800-839-9239.

The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system will answer and present a number of options. Select option #2 for inspections and enter the requested information. After you have entered your complete permit number select option #2 to schedule an inspection.

When requested enter the 3-digit inspection code associated with the type of inspection you are requesting.
